Baptism of a child

It is always a great joy for us , as well as for you and your family, to welcome a child into the fellowship of God’s Church. If this is your first point of contact with St. Dunstan’s, we hope it will continue and develop in the future as your child grows up.

As a first step, we will invite you to attend St. Dunstan's on any Sunday morning, so that you can see what we are like! Then we will either invite you to a meeting with other families to explain a bit more about baptism, and answer any questions you have - or, one of the Clergy will arrange to visit you at home.

We hope you will then take time to think seriously about whether baptism is the right way forward for you and your child. If you decide it is, then we will be pleased to discuss possible dates.

Baptisms take place at St. Dunstan's at 12:15pm on one or two Sundays a month; and also once a month as part of the main 10:30am Sunday service for those parents who would like that.
